The lease

The lease is a furnished rental contract for a period of one year, renewable at its expiry for the same period, except for the tenant's holidays.

It can be cancelled at any time by the tenant, with a notice period of one month.

It is granted under the usual conditions for furnished accommodation.

In particular, it shall indicate its duration, its starting point, the description of the accommodation with its furnishings and equipment as well as the car park, the rent, the security deposit and the commitment of the guarantor.

Security deposit, etc...

The rent is payable monthly and in advance by cheque or bank transfer; it can be revised annually according to the I.R.L. variation.

The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, it is paid at the signature of the lease and returned within one month of the end of the lease, except in the case of damage or unpaid rent due to the tenant.

State Aid (A.L) can be requested by the tenant. See website www.caf.fr

The deposit guarantees the payment of the rent and rental charges by the tenant, as well as the proper execution by the latter of the conditions of the lease.

Rental risk insurance is to be taken out by the tenant on entering the rented premises and for the entire duration of the lease.

Parts to be supplied

At the signing of the lease:

Copy of the tenant's identity card.

Copy of the identity card of each guarantor.

Copy of the last tax notice and the last three pay slips of the guarantor.

Upon entering the premises

The insurance certificate.
